PH Balance Drink

Cleansing, sound to hard?

But … Many of us are feeling a bit off. It’s not so hard to make one change. Start 2018 with a small step forward. It can be confusing how to make life changes. If you’re like most people, you have so little time to dedicate to healthy eating. Here is a great way to start your morning.

This easy start, may just start you thinking about detoxing in this new year. It’s the small steps that lead to the larger ones.

 

Benefits of this drink:

Helps correct your PH balance

Supports your digestion throughout the day

Healing to gut damage you have developed

Reduces inflammation in your body

Supports liver cleansing

Better colon health 

 

Ingredients:

1 juice of a fresh lemon

1 tbsp Coconut oil

6 frozen pineapple chunks

¼ tsp baking soda without aluminum

1 tsp L-Glutamine powder

1 tsp Collagen powder

1 inch length of fresh ginger peeled

1 tsp turmeric powder

Unpasteurised honey to taste

1 dropper in liquid minerals (optional)

2 tbsp Goat yogurt (optional) to add even more gut benefit

Filtered water to two inches higher than contents.

Directions:

In a blender add all the above ingredients. Blend at a high speed till smooth.

Put into a mason jar add a lid and your on the go.  Bring this drink with you on the way to work.

Then Bingo you are starting your day with a cleansing and healthy start.
